Overview

The TR-1000 positioner provides one tilting axis and one rotational axis. Despite the compact design, it is one of the most powerful positioners for welding applications.

The ergonomic loading height, which is determined by the corresponding base, enables the implementation of flexible system concepts.

This positioner can handle work pieces with a maximum diameter of 1200 mm and weighing up to 1000 kg. The distance between the centre of gravity of the welding structure and the faceplate can be up to 400 mm.

This enables realistic loading with the maximum permitted weight. Due to two infinitely rotating welding mass transformers (2 x 360A), two robots can weld simultaneously in the system.
